Saddened

So I went flipping through the channels and commercials were on all the good ones, so I flipped to TV Guide channel and watched to see what was coming up. I saw that SNL was playing on VH1 so I flipped over. It happened to be the 25th Anniversary special that VH1 did 10 years ago but I also saw that there was another episode afterwards so I stuck around. And Im glad I did. Now you may be wondering why I am going through this ridiculous paragraph, well because the next episode was SNL: Best of Chris Farley. So of course I had to stick around.

Chris Farley was my all time favorite cast member. And now that he is dead its so hard to watch SNL. Its just not the same. Anywho, of course they showed my ALL TIME FAVORITE skit. What skit was that?


The Chippendale Dancers skit!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who could ever forget that skit? But then I got really sad because I realized that BOTH men from that skit are now dead. Both Chris and Patrick Swayze are gone.

And then that made me start thinking about all the greats that were taken far before their time. Why must the great ones be taken early? Why are the horrible ones still alive? Think about it. Murderers, wife beaters, mobsters, child molesters....they all live well into their 80s and 90s. But the good ones such as Chris, Patrick, Heath, Farrah, just to name a few. And dont get me started on all the men and women we have lost to wars. Did they ask to die? No.

Yes I am very saddened by all these losses.  And, oh how I miss them all.
