I am so sorry for my absence. I was only supposed to be gone that weekend but I found it extrememly hard to bounce back from it. And those weekends just kept happening. And then I got a new client. Lets just say that things didnt work out with her. I dont take kindly to having knives thrown at me. So needless to say I was given new clients. The one lady is so sweet. Im glad I have her. The other one is nice but I dont find myself excited to go there. LOL

So I should be back more now. Lets see.

Sorry guys, I havent posted yet today because I was woken up by a phone call. The new work place called and asked if I would like to pick up a shift. Of course I said yes because I need money. And when I got home the sister was home from her confrence so we chated, ate dinner, and then sat in the living room reading and watching tv. Thats how my day went today. Nothing special. YAY! Dont you just love to hear about my boring life? Obviously you do because you're reading this. LOL

Anywho, over the weekend I wont be around much. Ive got lots of hours between my two jobs and they are all broken up so Ive got to slip sleep into that all, somehow. Im not sure how well its going to work. Oh and news for yall, I have another job interview at one of the local hospitals on Tuesday. Send me good luck vibes. I know you're all thinking I dont need another job, but with this job its full time, not just per diem, and it has benefits and everything. So good luck vibes my way please. Anywho, if Im not around much this weekend you know why. I promise Im not ignoring you guys, Im just going to try to slip in sleep everywhere I can. Lots of love to yall.

So I went flipping through the channels and commercials were on all the good ones, so I flipped to TV Guide channel and watched to see what was coming up. I saw that SNL was playing on VH1 so I flipped over. It happened to be the 25th Anniversary special that VH1 did 10 years ago but I also saw that there was another episode afterwards so I stuck around. And Im glad I did. Now you may be wondering why I am going through this ridiculous paragraph, well because the next episode was SNL: Best of Chris Farley. So of course I had to stick around.

Chris Farley was my all time favorite cast member. And now that he is dead its so hard to watch SNL. Its just not the same. Anywho, of course they showed my ALL TIME FAVORITE skit. What skit was that?


The Chippendale Dancers skit!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who could ever forget that skit? But then I got really sad because I realized that BOTH men from that skit are now dead. Both Chris and Patrick Swayze are gone.

And then that made me start thinking about all the greats that were taken far before their time. Why must the great ones be taken early? Why are the horrible ones still alive? Think about it. Murderers, wife beaters, mobsters, child molesters....they all live well into their 80s and 90s. But the good ones such as Chris, Patrick, Heath, Farrah, just to name a few. And dont get me started on all the men and women we have lost to wars. Did they ask to die? No.

Yes I am very saddened by all these losses.  And, oh how I miss them all.

Yeah Im bored again. And have nothing to write about. But Im bound and determined to give my faithful readers, if there are any left, a post everyday. I was supposed to have a client today but they called a few hours before and said I wasnt needed today. Then I went to get my famous bread started so I can make rolls for Saturday night at the store and I ran out of flour. Since the sister is out of town, and has the car, I cant go get any more. Im hoping that everything turns out ok with it anyways. I guess we'll see tomorrow when I go to bake it. If not, I'll figure out something for Saturday night. Since I didnt have a client today I didnt have anything I needed to do, and that means I dont have anything to post about. And that makes me sad. And bored. Very bored. There isnt anything good on tv either. So now Im really bored. So I decided since I have to charge my iPod I should do a music quiz. I know what you guys are thinking, "*GASP* Did she just say iPod?" Did everyone get out and vote today? I did. Ive been sporting the "I Voted" sticker all day. Not that I have gone anywhere to show it off. But hey, Im proud that I voted. If you know me then you know how I voted. If you dont know me, well then you'll never know how I voted. Im not a political person and I really HATE political conversations. Why? Because no matter how much you talk about it there is nothing really that you can do to change anything. And people get really heated over that shit. Me, I'll stick to football.

Speaking of football....GO COLTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Poor Bob Sanders, possibly missing the rest of the season. That cant happen. They need him. Dont get me wrong, Peyton is great, but Bob carries that team alot. Plus hes originally from the my current town. And the high school he went to, it isnt a bad school, but they are really getting on my nerves. Their stupid commercials are so annoying...."We Are...Cathedral Prep" BLAH. And the commercial is so racist. They start the commercial off with an asian kid just smiling and then they end the commercial with an african american kid, but all the talking in the commercial is done by white boys. Its so racist. But how did I get on this subject to begin with? Oh yes, Bob Sanders and the Colts! I miss seeing them play live. TV just doesnt do them any justice. Plus the free tickets were an added bonus. And my senior present from Mike was great. I will have to post pictures of that some time. Oh how I miss those days. Growing up sucks. But that is not what this post was supposed to be about. In fact, none of the things I have written so far have been about what I originally started out to post about. LOL

The original thing I came to post about was about a blog I have followed since it was created, only because it was created by a friend of mine. Anywho, its something I can relate to, and I feel most of you  can relate to it, too. Or learn something from it. Its called The Ranting Cashier. IM BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, my faithful readers I am back! I have missed you all so! Some of you may wonder why I disappeared in the first place, well, it had to do with a guy. Yes, the girl who never let guys get to her let a guy get to her. My faithful readers know to which guy I am referring, but in case he has continued to read I will not divulge his name. But anyways, he took offense to the blog and took it to a higher authority. So I got pissed and instead of deleting posts regarding him I deleted the whole blog. But have no fear, I am back!!!! And he no longer is around so, WE'RE FREE!!!!!!!

Now you may be wondering what I did in my 2 year absence. Well I went on a fantastic, emotional, trying roller coaster ride! And yes I did actually ride some roller coasters during that time, but thats not to what I am reffering to. I went to nursing school!!!! Yes, if you remember some of the posts about what I wanted to do with my life you may remember I said wanted to go to nursing school, and I finally did. I graduated, took my boards, and then it took a few months to finally find a job. Who would have thought it would be hard to find a nursing job when there is a nursing shortage that the news casters are always complaining about. But anywho, we will see how the new job works out. And Im still working at Kmart. I know, who does that? Well, I do! I promised them since they worked with me through school I would stay until after Christmas.

What else has happened since I deleted the blog.....

• My brother got married -- I know who would have thought my little brother would get married before me?? Not me, thats for sure. Oh and I was my sister-in-laws maid of honor.
• They had two more kids, a boy and a girl -- Like they needed any more!
• The baby, whom we will call Felicia, was hospitalized. She was rapidly losing weight and they couldnt figure out why. They finally diagnosed her with Failure to Thrive. But GOOD news, she is doing fine and is gaining lots of weight like she should be. HAHA She showed those doctors!
• I was in a horrible car accident. Dont worry, faithful readers, I am doing fine. It was about 14 1/2 months ago. A girl turned left into me as I was driving through the light. The whole drivers side of the car had to be replaced. The sideview mirror went through the window and smacked me in the face so I had a bruise on my face, for what felt like, forever. But Im fine now!
• Our building caught fire. On my birthday!!!!! UGH That was a great way to spend my birthday. To top it all off I had a cold and it was FREEZING out and raining. YAY! NOT!

I think thats about all of the big things that happend. The bulk of the two years was school. Now going through whats happend the past couple of years, I feel I should have started the blog back up a long time ago.
